Delivery Schedule

Delivery takes approximately 7 - 10 working days depending on order volumes, stock and couriers, if you order exceeds the 10th working day then please use the Track Your Order facility on our website. Deliveries will be carried out Monday to Friday to the address you specify. If you require a Saturday (am) delivery then a premium charge is applicable (please call or email for details).

Standard Delivery times are as follows.

Aluminum Venetian Blinds will be delivered in 7 - 10 working days.
Wooden Venetian Blinds will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days.
Vertical Blinds will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days
Roller Blinds will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days
Roman Blinds will be delivered within 14 working days.

Delivery Problems

If your courier calls to deliver your goods when you are out, they will leave their calling card with a telephone number. You can then telephone them to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery, or alternative you will be able to pick the good up from the depot. If you know you are going to be out provide us with details of a neighbor or work place and will arrange delivery there. Delivery is to mainland U.K. addresses only, which costs £4.95. This is non refundable and we cannot be held responsible for courier delays but will endeavor to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
